What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy (YT) was created through using my intuition and through using a connection to a higher aspect of self, the Divine Energy. Therefore, it is something that did not come from me rather; it is something that came through me. I see myself purely as a vehicle for the Divine Intelligence to work through me as this way it enables me to be of True Service to Humanity. Essentially, on a practical level, YT is made-up of yin postures where each person is invited to observe their body, emotions and their mind in stillness, letting go of judgement for self and letting go of the need to change anything. Also, this style of yoga has an element within it, in which participants are encouraged to move their body. This includes a moving meditation and breath work. All designed to surrender through awareness, using the breath, being still and movement.

There is a intuit connection to every individual’s higher needs, as best as possible. That higher connection allows to be the guide for the session. The session is cradled in an embrace of grace, love and acceptance for each individual as well as their own individual process. Throughout there is always an invitation to BE rather than DO. This helps with awareness and letting go. This style of yoga suits any individual no matter what stage of their journey they are on. The change seems to be perfect every time. There simply is no level of change too big or too small. It is always perfect for each person according to a Higher Order timing that is beyond our little-self conditioning and thinking.
